{"id":606,"date":"2024-05-02T06:04:31","date_gmt":"2024-05-02T06:04:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/equitywise.in\/?page_id=606"},"modified":"2025-06-19T10:55:15","modified_gmt":"2025-06-19T10:55:15","slug":"investor-charter","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/equitywise.in\/index.php\/investor-charter\/","title":{"rendered":"Investor Charter"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Investor Charter in respect of Research Analyst (RA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>Vision<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Invest with knowledge &amp; safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mission<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every investor should be able to invest in right investment products based on their needs, manage and monitor them to meet their goals, access reports and enjoy financial wellness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Details of business transacted by the Research Analyst with respect to the investors.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To publish research report based on the research activities of the RA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To provide an independent unbiased view on securities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To offer unbiased recommendation, disclosing the financial interests in recommended securities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To provide research recommendation, based on analysis of publicly available information and known observations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To conduct audit annually.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Details of services provided to investors (No Indicative Timelines)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Onboarding of Clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disclosure to Clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>o To distribute research reports and recommendations to the clients without discrimination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o To maintain confidentiality w.r.t publication of the research report until made available in the public domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Details of grievance redressal mechanism and how to access it<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of any grievance \/ complaint, an investor should approach the concerned research analyst and shall ensure that the grievance is resolved within 30 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the investor\u2019s complaint is not redressed satisfactorily, one may lodge a complaint with SEBI on SEBI\u2019s SCORES portal which is a centralized web-based complaints<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>redressal system. SEBI takes up the complaints registered via SCORES with the concerned intermediary for timely redressal. SCORES facilitates tracking the status of the complaint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With regard to physical complaints, investors may send their complaints to: Office of Investor Assistance and Education, Securities and Exchange Board of India, SEBI Bhavan. Plot No. C4-A, \u2018G\u2019 Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai &#8211; 400 051.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Expectations from the investors (Responsibilities of investors)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do\u2019s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"i\">\n<li>Always deal with SEBI registered Research Analyst.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that the Research Analyst has a valid registration certificate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check for SEBI registration number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please refer to the list of all SEBI registered Research Analysts which is available on SEBI website in the following link:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sebi.gov.in\/sebiweb\/other\/OtherAction.do?doRecognisedFpi=yes&amp;intmId=14\">https:\/\/www.sebi.gov.in\/sebiweb\/other\/OtherAction.do?doRecognisedFpi=yes&amp;intmId=14<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Always pay attention towards disclosures made in the research reports before investing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pay your Research Analyst through banking channels only and maintain duly signed receipts mentioning the details of your payments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before buying securities or applying in public offer, check for the research recommendation provided by your research Analyst.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ask all relevant questions and clear your doubts with your Research Analyst before acting on the recommendation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inform SEBI about Research Analyst offering assured or guaranteed returns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Don\u2019ts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"I\">\n<li>Do not provide funds for investment to the Research Analyst.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Don\u2019t fall prey to luring advertisements or market rumours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not get attracted to limited period discount or other incentive, gifts, etc. offered by Research Analyst.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not share login credentials and password of your trading and demat accounts with the Research Analyst.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Investor Charter in respect of Research Analyst (RA) &nbsp;Vision Invest with knowledge &amp; safety.
